Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in information security, security engineering, or infrastructure security.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps, secure software development, or automated CI/CD security integration.
- Strong technical experience administering enterprise security tools including SIEM (Splunk), EDR, and anti-malware.
- Proven experience securing multi-cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP).
- Practical knowledge of core networking concepts, including securing perimeter Cisco hardware.
- Demonstrated track record of technical communication, documentation, and assisting development teams with remediation.
- Proficiency in writing utility scripts (Python, Bash) for automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and network automation tools preferred.
- Experience implementing secure workflows for generative AI or LLMs preferred.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or cloud/DevSecOps credentials preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implement and champion secure-by-design frameworks across cloud, infrastructure, and application ecosystems.
- Review and approve security architecture designs for new internal systems, cloud platforms, and third-party integrations.
- Design and maintain automated security pipelines to scan Git repositories for vulnerabilities.
- Manage security lifecycles within multi-cloud environments, primarily AWS and GCP.
- Own and execute the end-to-end vulnerability management program.
- Assess and secure emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI workflows.
- Develop advanced dashboards and queries within SIEM platforms like Splunk.
- Deploy and test security controls such as EDR and perimeter security for Cisco devices.
