Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineering archetype Product Security Engineer.
- Expert understanding of authorization and authentication frameworks.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying secured microservices.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Golang).
- Expertise in identifying and fixing OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities.
- Experience with mobile security app hardening, application shielding, and mobile API threat modeling.
- Technical breadth in application and product security within cloud-native production environments.
- Experience managing diverse product portfolios in global team environments.
- Proven technical leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic roadmaps for assigned security partner pods and drive product security outcomes.
- Partner with product, engineering, and security teams to build 'paved paths' for secure design practices.
- Resolve classes of security vulnerabilities within the Dasher Logistics engineering vertical.
- Perform manual and automated code reviews of APIs, microservices, and mobile applications.
- Conduct regular application security assessments and manage vulnerability lifecycles.
- Develop security tools and automated agentic harnesses to integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
- Advise and mentor other security engineers on deploying security measures.
