Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, customer success, business development, consulting, or related commercial leadership roles.
- Deep commercial leadership experience and strong people leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence organizational strategy, operating models, and cross-functional decision-making.
- Experience working in multi-layered customer-facing organizations in high growth or complex environments.
- Proven ability to shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes across large enterprise partnerships.
- Strong business judgment and analytical thinking with experience solving complex, undefined problems.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including experience engaging with executives and negotiating priorities.
- Experience in fintech, platforms, payments, commerce, SaaS, or other technology-driven industries preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision and strategy for Account Management across a portfolio of diverse platform partners.
- Lead and develop a high-performing organization through team members, driving accountability and strategic alignment.
- Drive portfolio performance across retention, growth, product adoption, operational health, and long-term partnership value.
- Navigate complex and ambiguous business challenges, balancing partner needs and operational realities.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders at strategic partners to navigate complex decisions and escalations.
- Influence broader commercial strategy and organizational priorities through market insights.
- Establish scalable operating models, business rhythms, and performance frameworks.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Finance, and Operations leaders.
