- Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact
- Strong experience in demand generation
- Ability to own a revenue number and be held accountable for it
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into buyer-focused narratives
- Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to build channels from the ground up
- Strong critical thinking and judgment for strategic decision-making
- Leadership ability to manage a team while remaining hands-on
- Portfolio required: examples of produced content and programs built or scaled
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing function end-to-end and report directly to the CEO
- Develop and execute demand generation strategy across content, email, social, and paid channels
- Identify and prioritize revenue growth opportunities from existing and new marketing channels
- Manage and track marketing metrics tied directly to MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue
- Oversee core messaging and positioning in partnership with the CEO
- Lead and manage a product marketer to handle product messaging, case studies, and sales enablement
- Drive inbound pipeline through channels like LinkedIn, newsletters, podcasts, and community engagement
