  • Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact
  • Strong experience in demand generation
  • Ability to own a revenue number and be held accountable for it
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into buyer-focused narratives
  • Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to build channels from the ground up
  • Strong critical thinking and judgment for strategic decision-making
  • Leadership ability to manage a team while remaining hands-on
  • Portfolio required: examples of produced content and programs built or scaled

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing function end-to-end and report directly to the CEO
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategy across content, email, social, and paid channels
  • Identify and prioritize revenue growth opportunities from existing and new marketing channels
  • Manage and track marketing metrics tied directly to MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue
  • Oversee core messaging and positioning in partnership with the CEO
  • Lead and manage a product marketer to handle product messaging, case studies, and sales enablement
  • Drive inbound pipeline through channels like LinkedIn, newsletters, podcasts, and community engagement
