Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in commission-based or performance-driven sales.
- Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and contract-selling skills.
- Confident verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective problem-solving, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales metrics.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy with experience using CRM systems.
- High school diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Answer 20-30 inbound and outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
- Close 25% of inbound calls by identifying customer needs and selling vehicle service contracts.
- Strive to complete a one-call close for each prospective customer.
- Master objection handling using specific rebuttal tactics.
- Educate consumers on the benefits and value of service contracts.
- Maintain active communication and visibility with management and team via camera for meetings and training.
- Participate in ongoing training, feedback, and mentorship sessions.
