Requirements
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience managing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with email marketing, marketing automation, CRM systems, SEO, and digital analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for research, strategy, copy, SEO, and reporting.
- Experience with ChatGPT and other AI productivity platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking abilities.
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple campaigns.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Commercially minded with a focus on delivering measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop integrated marketing strategies and annual/quarterly marketing plans.
- Plan and execute product launches, educational campaigns, and lead nurturing initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools for market research, copy development, SEO, and workflow automation.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and marketing KPIs.
- Optimize customer journeys and ROI across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with product, sales, design, and operations teams to support business growth.
- Continuously test, measure, and refine marketing systems and processes.
