Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proven experience developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience managing websites using Squarespace or similar CMS platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.
- Experience preparing EOIs, tenders, and proposal documents (preferred).
- Knowledge of SEO, AI optimization (AIO), and marketing analytics (preferred).
- Experience within architecture, construction, engineering, or professional services (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
- Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and Bluesky.
- Produce high-quality content including case studies, newsletters, website copy, and thought leadership articles.
- Design and update marketing collateral and brand materials using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- Manage company website updates and optimize content for SEO and AI search.
- Support business development by preparing EOIs, tender submissions, and capability statements.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare analytics reports to recommend improvements.
