Requirements

  • 2-7 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience creating authoritative and engaging content, or leading large-scale brand campaigns.
  • Portfolio of written work required.
  • Strong strategic thinking grounded in consumer insight, audience awareness, and brand understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with communications and content strategy, including applied knowledge of content marketing and social media.
  • Data-driven approach to communications and content, with understanding of measurement and reporting.
  • Business level written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
  • Technical curiosity, and interest in software technology and its challenges.
  • Ability to travel internationally 2-4 times a year for company events up to two weeks long.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals, SEO and brand.
  • Manage the content calendar end to end, ensuring efficient production and process clarity.
  • Ensure content quality, consistency and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with the web team to optimize content for search and AI engines.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs for the content program and use analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Align messaging across channels by working closely with marketing, product and brand teams.
