Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years in HR or People Operations with a strong track record of hands-on, day-to-day delivery
  • Proven experience running HR operations for a distributed or remote, multi-country team
  • Experience managing both HR operations and talent acquisition simultaneously
  • Experience leading and developing a small team
  • Background at a startup, scaleup, tech company, or EOR or HR tech company is a strong advantage
  • Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, and performance review cycles
  • Proficiency with relevant HR and recruitment tools including an ATS
  • Excellent organisational and process skills with genuine attention to detail
  • Comfortable being the operational go-to person in a fast-changing, remote-first environment
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day HR operations for RemotePass's internal, globally distributed team, keeping everything running reliably
  • Maintain the operational backbone of the HR function: processes, policies, documentation, and systems
  • Be the go-to point of contact for the team on any HR query or issue
  • Run performance review cycles end-to-end, from set-up and coordination through to follow-through
  • Lead and support the TA function, staying hands-on with hiring where needed
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team as RemotePass expands
  • Maintain compliance with internal HR policies and local employment requirements across the countries where our team works
  • Track and report on key HR metrics such as time to hire, onboarding completion, and compliance status
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, Finance, and Payroll
