  • Proven track record in high-growth or scale-up environments.
  • Experience as an early hire at a top-tier consumer or AI startup.
  • Ability to personally scale teams through early growth phases.
  • Proficiency using AI in recruitment workflows.
  • Experience hiring for internationally distributed teams across Europe and the US.
  • Established professional network in the recruiting space.
  • Ability to design and execute repeatable, systematic recruitment processes.
  • Hard-working, ambitious, and persistent professional approach.
  • Experience hiring creative talent (video, visual, artists) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound recruiting from sourcing and screening to running interview loops.
  • Build a scalable hiring machine covering outbound, university hiring, hackathons, and referrals.
  • Serve as the primary talent filter to identify exceptional candidates for founders.
  • Establish talent pipelines across Europe and the US.
  • Design and implement people operations including contracts, leveling, performance reviews, and compensation.
  • Develop internal systems and workflows for a distributed team.
