- Proven track record in high-growth or scale-up environments.
- Experience as an early hire at a top-tier consumer or AI startup.
- Ability to personally scale teams through early growth phases.
- Proficiency using AI in recruitment workflows.
- Experience hiring for internationally distributed teams across Europe and the US.
- Established professional network in the recruiting space.
- Ability to design and execute repeatable, systematic recruitment processes.
- Hard-working, ambitious, and persistent professional approach.
- Experience hiring creative talent (video, visual, artists) is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound recruiting from sourcing and screening to running interview loops.
- Build a scalable hiring machine covering outbound, university hiring, hackathons, and referrals.
- Serve as the primary talent filter to identify exceptional candidates for founders.
- Establish talent pipelines across Europe and the US.
- Design and implement people operations including contracts, leveling, performance reviews, and compensation.
- Develop internal systems and workflows for a distributed team.
