Requirements
- 5+ years of mortgage industry experience.
- Previous experience as a Wholesale or Non-Delegated Correspondent Account Executive.
- Existing network of Broker or Correspondent relationships.
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Ability to manage detailed assignments.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Solicit business from mortgage brokers and non-delegated correspondents within assigned territory.
- Establish new business and develop existing professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage loan pipelines actively and collaborate with operations staff to facilitate loans from submission to funding.
- Train clients on company products, policies, and procedures to ensure loan files meet guidelines.
- Maintain sales contact records, pipeline reports, and territory activity reports for management.
- Attend local and state trade association meetings as directed.
- Stay informed on market changes, indices, and underwriting guideline updates.
