Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in mortgage or real estate sales.
  • Previous Salesforce experience.
  • Proven history of successfully managing cross-functional projects from ideation to execution.
  • Experience creating, implementing, and optimizing scalable policies and procedures.
  • Active NMLS license, or ability to be licensed within 90 days of start.
  • Ability to work 8am-5pm PST.
  • Polished communication skills with ability to collaborate professionally.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with extreme attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Desire and potential to grow into a People and Functional Manager role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch the wholesale channel to access homeowners through brokers.
  • Prospect and conduct outbound calls to potential brokers to turn leads into partners.
  • Onboard new brokers by developing, scheduling, and leading training programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, providing documentation support and status reporting.
  • Collaborate with legal to perform due diligence and background checks on prospective brokers.
  • Create processes and communication templates to ensure a white-glove partner experience.
  • Build a scalable feedback loop between brokers and the internal production team.
  • Manage cross-functional projects from scope to execution to improve broker experience.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to develop an external wholesale portal.
