Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling in the K-12 industry.
- Direct experience selling Fintech or SaaS products.
- Proven experience working directly with C-level School District Business Officials.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales objectives, quotas, and productivity requirements.
- Strong relationship-management skills.
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of the K-12 industry.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory of CO, UT, NM, MT, and NE.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of sales cycles including prospecting, discovery, demo, and closing.
- Build a sales pipeline via outbound calls, email, events, and face-to-face meetings.
- Meet and exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Leverage marketing initiatives to drive opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Act as a brand evangelist for KEV products and services.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful client onboarding.
- Attend and represent KEV at industry conferences.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and data entry in the CRM system.
