Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (inside sales/closing role preferred).
- Proven experience in short sales cycles and one-call-close environments.
- Comfortable in a high-activity environment (150+ calls/day).
- Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, and closing.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close.com, or similar).
- Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home.
- Competitive, positive, and coachable mindset.
Responsibilities
- Prospect daily through outbound calls and SDR-generated leads.
- Identify and engage decision-makers including owners, agency leaders, and sales managers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from rapport and discovery to pitch, objection handling, and closing.
- Sell subscription-based, real-time lead programs.
- Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM documentation.
- Use email, phone, and messaging to drive urgency and next steps.
- Track performance metrics and consistently hit targets.
- Participate in training, coaching, and call reviews.
