Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (inside sales/closing role preferred).
  • Proven experience in short sales cycles and one-call-close environments.
  • Comfortable in a high-activity environment (150+ calls/day).
  • Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, and closing.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close.com, or similar).
  • Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home.
  • Competitive, positive, and coachable mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect daily through outbound calls and SDR-generated leads.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers including owners, agency leaders, and sales managers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from rapport and discovery to pitch, objection handling, and closing.
  • Sell subscription-based, real-time lead programs.
  • Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM documentation.
  • Use email, phone, and messaging to drive urgency and next steps.
  • Track performance metrics and consistently hit targets.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and call reviews.
