Requirements
- 2+ years of experience successfully selling B2B SaaS software.
- Proven track record of hunting and signing new business using a consultative approach.
- Mastery of Salesforce.
- High proficiency in Outreach.
- Ability to excel at outbound calling and emailing (40+ touches per day).
- Experience running high-quality web-based product demos.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Enthusiastic, optimistic, and coachable mindset.
- Healthcare sales experience is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Turn leads into opportunities and progress them through the sales process.
- Prospect new leads, including decision-makers within strategic accounts.
- Conduct web-based product demonstrations.
- Perform 40+ customer touches per day, primarily via phone.
- Manage prospect status, data integrity, and forecasting in Salesforce and Outreach.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics.
- Close customers and support customer success in onboarding and launching.
