Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience successfully selling B2B SaaS software.
  • Proven track record of hunting and signing new business using a consultative approach.
  • Mastery of Salesforce.
  • High proficiency in Outreach.
  • Ability to excel at outbound calling and emailing (40+ touches per day).
  • Experience running high-quality web-based product demos.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Enthusiastic, optimistic, and coachable mindset.
  • Healthcare sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Turn leads into opportunities and progress them through the sales process.
  • Prospect new leads, including decision-makers within strategic accounts.
  • Conduct web-based product demonstrations.
  • Perform 40+ customer touches per day, primarily via phone.
  • Manage prospect status, data integrity, and forecasting in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics.
  • Close customers and support customer success in onboarding and launching.
