Requirements
- 3+ years experience in mortgage or real estate sales, preferably in the dealer/broker channel.
- Previous experience using Salesforce.
- Proven history of managing cross-functional projects from ideation to execution.
- Experience creating, implementing, and optimizing scalable policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for internal and external collaboration.
- Active NMLS license, or ability to obtain one within 90 days of start.
- Ability to work 8am-5pm PST.
- Adaptable and team-oriented mindset suitable for a fast-paced early-stage startup.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, conduct outbound calls, and respond to incoming inquiries from potential brokers.
- Lead all communications with prospective brokers, including managing pitch calls.
- Collaborate with legal to perform background checks and due diligence on prospective brokers.
- Onboard new brokers by developing, scheduling, and leading training sessions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarded brokers, managing documentation and reporting.
- Create processes and communication templates to provide a white-glove experience.
- Establish a feedback loop between brokers and the internal production team to identify improvements.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop an external Wholesale portal.
