Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or customer success leadership.
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar recurring revenue portfolios.
- Demonstrated experience in a player-coach capacity balancing account ownership with team leadership.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
- Expertise in strategic account management, customer retention, and revenue growth methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot.
- Experience in SaaS, Payments, Compliance, Contact Center, or Cybersecurity industries.
- Strong contract negotiation and commercial management skills.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and company events.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic global enterprise customers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans focused on retention, growth, and executive engagement.
- Maintain ownership of renewals, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Identify, qualify, and close expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
- Serve as an executive sponsor and lead for cross-functional account teams.
- Mentor and develop Account Managers and Customer Success personnel.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions with customers.
