Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or customer success leadership.
  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar recurring revenue portfolios.
  • Demonstrated experience in a player-coach capacity balancing account ownership with team leadership.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
  • Expertise in strategic account management, customer retention, and revenue growth methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot.
  • Experience in SaaS, Payments, Compliance, Contact Center, or Cybersecurity industries.
  • Strong contract negotiation and commercial management skills.
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings and company events.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic global enterprise customers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans focused on retention, growth, and executive engagement.
  • Maintain ownership of renewals, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
  • Identify, qualify, and close expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor and lead for cross-functional account teams.
  • Mentor and develop Account Managers and Customer Success personnel.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions with customers.
