Requirements
- 5+ years leading quota-carrying enterprise/strategic sales teams, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- 10+ years in quota-carrying sales roles with a track record of exceeding targets in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling enterprise sales motions, including account planning and territory design.
- Proven experience coaching reps on navigating long, complex sales cycles with procurement, legal, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience in forecasting accuracy and account segmentation.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners across Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.
- High executive presence with the ability to build trust with C-suite and senior buyer personas.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead teams through organizational change.
- Strong track record of performance management and developing sellers for high-value deal cycles.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets through team leadership and selective individual contributions.
- Build a culture of account-based execution excellence, including multi-threading rigor and clear activity expectations.
- Implement and maintain high-quality forecasting discipline for pipeline health and revenue expectations.
- Drive improvements in ACVs, win rates, and sales cycle efficiency through coaching and process discipline.
- Proactively identify and drive strategic initiatives to improve productivity and segment performance.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, RevOps, Enablement, and Solutions Engineering on GTM motions and market strategy.
- Mentor and performance manage account executives to improve qualification, planning, and executive engagement.
