- 5+ years leading full-cycle SaaS sales teams in high-growth environments.
- 10+ years in quota-carrying sales roles with a proven record of exceeding goals.
- Proven success in building repeatable pipeline engines and coaching outbound behaviors.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills in forecasting and sales segmentation.
- Experience identifying and driving levers to improve conversion rates and sales efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive GTM alignment.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills for internal and customer-facing discussions.
- Proven ability to lead teams through change and mentor talent.
- Ability to operate independently to solve ambiguous problems and scale processes.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets through exceptional team leadership and individual contribution.
- Build a culture of pipeline generation excellence, ensuring outbound rigor and consistent accountability.
- Implement and maintain high-quality forecasting discipline to ensure pipeline health.
- Drive improvements in ACVs, win rates, and sales cycle efficiency through coaching and process discipline.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Enablement to align on GTM motions and market strategy.
- Influence product roadmap and messaging by contributing pattern-based field feedback.
- Mentor Account Executives to improve qualification rigor, territory planning, and outbound strategy.
- Implement data-informed performance management to coach and develop high-performing talent.
