- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Clinical Project Management role within a CRO.
- Demonstrated experience in CNS clinical trials as a Project Manager.
- Thorough knowledge of project management processes.
- Experience in crafting and managing project budgets.
- Proven ability to manage or lead multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ability to perform effectively in demanding situations.
- Strong responsibility and accountability in all tasks.
- University/College degree in Life Science preferred.
- Ability to travel when needed.
Responsibilities
- Direct technical, financial, and operational aspects of clinical trials.
- Manage projects from startup through closeout activities.
- Identify and evaluate fundamental project issues in collaboration with functional area leads.
- Interpret data on complex issues and make informed business decisions.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet customer time, quality, and cost expectations.
- Coordinate across project teams to provide proactive, innovative solutions.
