Requirements
- Hands-on people management experience, specifically leading distributed, international teams.
- Proven track record of experience in HR Operations across multiple countries.
- Deep knowledge of Time & Attendance matters, associated wage/hour laws, and disciplinary processes.
- Expertise in complex T&A case resolution and managing policy discrepancies under labor law in APAC countries.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
- Proficiency working in service level environments (SLAs/KPIs) with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
- Tech-savvy with experience in a variety of digital tools, process optimization, and automation.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Guide, coach, and develop direct reports to build a high-performing T&A team.
- Foster a positive team culture across international borders in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Lead performance management by overseeing bi-annual evaluations and aligning team goals with business objectives.
- Drive recruitment, training, mentoring, and supervision of the regional team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and the final escalation point on high-risk Time & Attendance topics.
- Partner across Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Employee Relations to enhance T&A workflows.
- Improve and optimize existing workflows and tools, identifying opportunities for automation.
- Ensure efficient, compliant service delivery while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
- Manage and maintain confidential employee data while advising on best practices for investigations.
- Champion the responsible adoption of AI-assisted tools within the T&A team.
