Requirements

  • Hands-on people management experience with a strong coaching mindset, specifically leading distributed international teams.
  • Proven track record of experience in HR Operations across multiple countries.
  • Deep knowledge of Time & Attendance matters, wage/hour laws, complex policy exceptions, and disciplinary processes.
  • Specific knowledge of complex T&A case resolution and labor law compliance in APAC countries.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
  • Comfort working in a service-level environment (SLAs/KPIs) with an emphasis on process optimization.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using digital tools and implementing automation.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to safely manage and maintain confidential employee data.

Responsibilities

  • Guide, coach, and develop direct reports to build a high-performing T&A team.
  • Foster a positive team culture across international borders in a remote, asynchronous environment.
  • Lead performance management by overseeing bi-annual evaluations.
  • Drive recruitment, training, mentoring, and supervision of the regional team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and final escalation point on complex T&A topics, wage-hour disputes, and disciplinary matters.
  • Partner across Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and ER to enhance T&A workflows and SOPs.
  • Improve and optimize T&A processes, identifying opportunities for automation to drive scale.
  • Ensure efficient, compliant service delivery while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
  • Champion the responsible adoption of AI-assisted tools within the T&A team.
