Requirements
- Track record of experience in HR Operations across multiple countries in APAC.
- Deep expertise in local labor compliance and contract management.
- Experience managing HR Operations in diverse APAC markets.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
- Hands-on people management experience with a coaching mindset.
- Tech savvy with experience in a variety of digital tools.
- Experience working in a service level environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point on all Contract Management related topics.
- Identify and provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to direct reports to build a high performance team.
- Take full ownership of the recruitment, training, skills enhancement, mentoring, and supervision of the regional team.
- Collaborate across Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal and Customer Success to execute and enhance processes.
- Improve and optimize lifecycle contracts management processes and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for automation to improve quality, efficiency and scale.
- Act as a champion of Remote's values and team goals.
