Requirements
- Hands-on people management experience, specifically leading distributed international teams.
- Proven track record in HR Operations across multiple countries.
- Deep knowledge of Time & Attendance matters, wage/hour laws, and disciplinary processes.
- Specific expertise in APAC labor law, complex T&A case resolution, and policy discrepancies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
- Proficiency in service-level environments (SLAs/KPIs) with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong technical acumen with experience in digital tools and process automation.
- Ability to manage confidential employee data with high professional discretion.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Guide, coach, and develop direct reports to build a high-performing T&A team.
- Foster a positive team culture across international borders in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Lead performance management by overseeing bi-annual evaluations and aligning team goals with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and final escalation point for complex wage-hour disputes and compliance matters.
- Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Employee Relations to enhance processes and SOPs.
- Optimize Lifecycle T&A team workflows and tools, identifying opportunities for automation.
- Ensure compliant service delivery while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
- Manage and maintain employee data with strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Conduct internal investigations into attendance or timekeeping discrepancies.
- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted tools within the T&A team while establishing guardrails.
