Requirements
- Hands-on people management experience, specifically leading distributed, international teams.
- Proven track record in HR Operations across multiple countries.
- Deep knowledge of Time & Attendance matters, wage/hour laws, and complex policy exceptions.
- Specific expertise in APAC labor law, T&A case resolution, and compliance.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
- Comfortable working in a service level environment (SLAs/KPIs).
- Tech-savvy with experience in digital tools and process optimization.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Ability to maintain high data integrity and manage confidential information.
- Strong coaching mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Guide, coach, and develop direct reports to build a high-performing T&A team.
- Foster a positive team culture in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Lead performance management by overseeing evaluations and aligning goals.
- Serve as the final escalation point for high-risk T&A topics and complex wage-hour disputes.
- Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Legal to enhance T&A workflows.
- Optimize processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted tools.
- Ensure compliant service delivery while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
- Manage and maintain employee data with strict confidentiality and discretion.
