Requirements
- Track record of experience in HR Operations across multiple countries in the APAC region.
- Deep expertise in local labor compliance and contract management.
- Experience managing or scaling HR operations across diverse APAC markets.
- Hands-on people management experience with a coaching mindset.
- Tech-savvy with experience working with a variety of digital tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
- Experience working in a service level environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information.
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point on all Contract Management related topics.
- Identify and provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to direct reports.
- Take full ownership of the recruitment, training, mentoring, and supervision of the regional team.
- Collaborate across Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success to enhance processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Improve and optimize lifecycle contracts management workflows, identifying opportunities for automation to drive efficiency and scale.
- Act as an internal and external champion of Remote's values and team goals.
