Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong engineering fundamentals including testing, CI/CD, and architecture.
- Strong backend expertise in APIs, HTTP, Databases, and MVC patterns.
- M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving issues in distributed systems.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
- Ability to write effective prompts with clear context and constraints.
- Strong code review habits including verification of AI-generated code.
- Proven senior individual contributor track record.
Responsibilities
- Write and ship production code daily as an active contributor.
- Work across multiple languages and frameworks including Ruby, Java, Python, Go, and JavaScript.
- Utilize AI agents for implementation based on technical specifications.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and design discussions.
- Own the entire product lifecycle including technical specs, implementation, testing, and delivery.
