Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in internal tools, platforms, or operations-focused products.
- Experience improving operational workflows, reducing manual processes, or scaling backend systems.
- Proven track record of collaborating with engineering and operations teams to deliver reliable, high-throughput systems.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical complexity into stakeholder priorities.
- Comfort using data to drive and inform product decision-making.
- Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the platform vision and roadmap for internal operations tools.
- Drive strategy and execution for internal applications, including member file loads and call center support tools.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, data, and operations teams to prioritize improvements and ship releases.
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders to uncover workflow bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
- Track key metrics like processing accuracy, throughput, and error rates to measure and iterate on platform performance.
- Communicate progress, insights, and blockers to stakeholders to maintain alignment.
