Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, GTM, or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and growing revenue through partnerships or client management.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, tech landscapes, and agency business models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Builder’s mindset with a bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Strong technical foundation with fluency in no-code tools.
  • Experience in a fast-paced tech startup or agency environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale agency and tech/integration partnership programs end-to-end.
  • Identify, pitch, and close new partners aligned with go-to-market strategy.
  • Onboard new partners and provide resources and support to ensure success.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align partnership efforts with growth objectives.
  • Set, track, and analyze KPIs to report on performance and iterate on strategies.
  • Represent Softr at industry events, webinars, and partnership meetings.
