Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, GTM, or business development roles.
- Proven track record of sourcing and growing revenue through partnerships or client management.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, tech landscapes, and agency business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Builder’s mindset with a bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.
- Strong technical foundation with fluency in no-code tools.
- Experience in a fast-paced tech startup or agency environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale agency and tech/integration partnership programs end-to-end.
- Identify, pitch, and close new partners aligned with go-to-market strategy.
- Onboard new partners and provide resources and support to ensure success.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align partnership efforts with growth objectives.
- Set, track, and analyze KPIs to report on performance and iterate on strategies.
- Represent Softr at industry events, webinars, and partnership meetings.
