Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or channel sales within the SaaS or MarTech industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating partner-sourced pipeline and/or influenced revenue in a quota-bearing role.
  • Existing network of relationships with technology partners and platform vendors (e.g., CDPs, Marketing Clouds, Cloud platforms).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect partner activities to measurable revenue impact.
  • Ability to articulate integration use cases, API-based workflows, and data flows in partner conversations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfort working across time zones, cultures, and regulatory environments.
  • Familiarity with EMEA data privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR) related to partner integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a systematic co-sell motion by defining playbooks and identifying joint targets with priority tech partners.
  • Drive sourced and influenced revenue through proactive outreach, joint solution positioning, and partner introductions.
  • Act as GTM connective tissue by aligning partner initiatives with internal Sales, Customer Success, and Product priorities.
  • Represent Airship at partner events and industry conferences to generate and accelerate opportunities.
  • Operationalize tech alliances through daily relationship management, joint business planning, and QBRs.
  • Enable partner and internal teams by developing joint assets and providing training on Airship's value proposition.
  • Expand the ecosystem by identifying and onboarding new technology partners.
  • Facilitate product collaboration to develop or enhance integrations.
