  • Highly comfortable with modern productivity tools including Proton Mail, Stripe, Notion, and Slack.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize large amounts of user feedback into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to represent the brand professionally.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer success, operations, or executive assistance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with setting up automated email responses or workflows.
  • Experience in the AI or SaaS sector is considered a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, including refunds, feature requests, and invoice issues via Stripe and Proton Mail.
  • Monitor and respond to high-volume user feedback and create analytical reports for product and engineering teams.
  • Manage and prioritize complex calendars for two co-founders.
  • Coordinate speaking engagements, event participation, and business partnership communications.
  • Support developer partners integrating Thaura AI into their platforms.
  • Conduct research on new projects and market opportunities.
  • Draft and organize business documents, handle administrative registrations, and assist with financial record-keeping.
  • Implement and maintain automation workflows to improve operational response times.
