- Highly comfortable with modern productivity tools including Proton Mail, Stripe, Notion, and Slack.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize large amounts of user feedback into actionable insights.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to represent the brand professionally.
- Strong multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in customer success, operations, or executive assistance is preferred.
- Familiarity with setting up automated email responses or workflows.
- Experience in the AI or SaaS sector is considered a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, including refunds, feature requests, and invoice issues via Stripe and Proton Mail.
- Monitor and respond to high-volume user feedback and create analytical reports for product and engineering teams.
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars for two co-founders.
- Coordinate speaking engagements, event participation, and business partnership communications.
- Support developer partners integrating Thaura AI into their platforms.
- Conduct research on new projects and market opportunities.
- Draft and organize business documents, handle administrative registrations, and assist with financial record-keeping.
- Implement and maintain automation workflows to improve operational response times.
