Requirements
- Experience in personal exit or sale, business consulting/coaching, or M&A.
- Computer proficiency including Zoom or similar video conferencing.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong phone skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive, driven approach.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
Responsibilities
- Meet with potential Exit Factor members.
- Conduct 1:1 consulting sessions with clients following the Exit Factor system.
- Provide additional resources in the online curriculum to enhance sessions.
- Participate in initial training and certification.
- Engage with new leads and convert them to clients.
