- Previous experience with business consulting or coaching
- Experience with exit strategy or M&A
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience
- Computer proficiency with ability to conduct Zoom presentation meetings
- Customer-facing experience or aptitude for client interaction
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong phone skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, driven, and competitive approach
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and Zoom
Responsibilities
- Network with referral partners and local business owners to foster business development
- Convert new leads into clients
- Conduct 1:1 consulting sessions using the proprietary VORTEx model
- Provide value-added resources to the online curriculum
- Participate in ongoing training and continuing education
