Requirements
- Proven sales experience (cold calling, door-to-door, or B2B).
- Strong listening skills and ability to build genuine relationships.
- Ability to tell a clear and compelling story about the value of the software.
- Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining a clean CRM.
- Ability to travel to trade shows in Canada and the US about once a quarter.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection effectively.
- Strong people skills, ideally from hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles.
- Desire to build a long-term career in sales.
Responsibilities
- Own 100% of outbound prospecting to qualify leads for Sales Executives.
- Perform high-volume cold calling within an SMB environment.
- Qualify leads specifically for the landscape, tree care, and snow removal industry.
- Collaborate with the SDR Manager and Sales team to develop strategies and maintain a full pipeline.
- Represent the company at trade shows across Canada and the US approximately once per quarter.
- Track metrics and maintain accountability to KPIs.
