Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (cold calling, door-to-door, or B2B).
  • Strong listening skills and ability to build genuine relationships.
  • Ability to tell a clear and compelling story about the value of the software.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining a clean CRM.
  • Ability to travel to trade shows in Canada and the US about once a quarter.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection effectively.
  • Strong people skills, ideally from hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Desire to build a long-term career in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Own 100% of outbound prospecting to qualify leads for Sales Executives.
  • Perform high-volume cold calling within an SMB environment.
  • Qualify leads specifically for the landscape, tree care, and snow removal industry.
  • Collaborate with the SDR Manager and Sales team to develop strategies and maintain a full pipeline.
  • Represent the company at trade shows across Canada and the US approximately once per quarter.
  • Track metrics and maintain accountability to KPIs.
