Requirements
- 8+ years of product experience shipping software, ideally including senior PM scope
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong product taste and design sensibility
- Technical fluency regarding APIs, data models, and AI production systems
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems end-to-end
- Degree in a technical, design, or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience building with or for LLMs and AI agents
- Background in enterprise or platform products such as SDKs, APIs, and integrations
- Hands-on coding ability for prototyping
- Design fluency or experience with tools like Figma
- Prior startup or high-growth company experience
Responsibilities
- Own complex projects end-to-end in a fast-moving environment
- Set the product roadmap and drive execution from discovery to adoption
- Design intuitive abstractions and flows to simplify complex university workflows
- Partner with engineering, design, and forward-deployed engineers to ship impactful work
- Collaborate directly with institutional leaders, staff, and students to understand needs
- Define success metrics and uphold high standards for quality and reliability
