  • Desirable: experience in retail, S&OP, logistics, or B2B/product supply chain environments.
  • Desirable: experience planning phased product rollouts and managing incremental releases.
  • Desirable: ability to map and design operational processes (AS IS).
  • Desirable: familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity in product management workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Product Manager responsible for the tactical execution of the OMS product strategy, translating real business problems into scalable solutions.
  • Lead problem discovery by engaging with business areas and users to deeply understand needs, ensuring the team solves the right challenges.
  • Drive product discovery activities in partnership with Design and Engineering, validating hypotheses and testing solutions before scaling.
  • Own the lifecycle of product initiatives, from ideation to rollout, structuring backlog items into incremental deliveries that maximize value.
  • Use data, metrics, and user behavior insights to support prioritization decisions and ensure a strong culture of evidence-based product management.
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders, communicating progress, learnings, and outcomes clearly and consistently across teams.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to manage dependencies and avoid silos within a large and complex ecosystem.
