Requirements
- Prior experience in product management or technical product management.
- Experience working on complex internal systems, platforms, or enterprise software, ideally in financial services or trading.
- Deep understanding of financial instruments such as crypto assets, tokenized equities, derivatives, and securities.
- Strong knowledge of payment processes including fiat and crypto rails, settlement, clearing, and reconciliation.
- Ability to engage confidently in technical discussions regarding system design, integrations, and data models.
- Capability to bridge technical system design with accounting and treasury requirements.
- Experience with accounting systems, treasury management systems, or financial data platforms (nice to have).
- Familiarity with financial controls, audits, or regulatory reporting across jurisdictions (nice to have).
- Experience coordinating across multiple product teams with shared dependencies (nice to have).
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Lead product management for financial systems including accounting, treasury, and related platforms.
- Partner with Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders to translate needs into reliable system capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal product owners to ensure alignment on integrations and shared dependencies.
- Work with engineering squads to establish clear ownership and product culture.
- Partner with developers to solve complex financial and technical challenges regarding system design, integrations, and data models.
- Drive the development process end-to-end to meet quality, reliability, and control standards.
