Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, client success, account management, operations, or executive assistant roles.
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with U.S.-based clients or companies.
  • 2+ years of remote work experience requiring independent ownership and follow-up.
  • Fluent written and spoken English at a professional, client-facing level.
  • Fluent or highly advanced Spanish communication skills.
  • Proven track record managing 50+ client interactions or tasks per week.
  • Experience using CRM, help desk, project management, or spreadsheet systems for issue tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to create personal systems for tracking work.
  • Comfortable with video communication, including recording updates and joining virtual meetings.
  • Must be available during core U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client messages across multiple channels including email, phone, text, and client portals.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of client issues, ensuring follow-through until completion or clear status updates.
  • Identify operational patterns, property concerns, or service gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, tracking open issues, deadlines, and project status.
  • Record video updates and participate in virtual meetings to maintain a professional, human connection with clients.
  • Bridge communication gaps between English-speaking clients and Spanish-speaking field team members.
