Requirements
- 5+ years of customer service, client success, account management, or executive assistant experience.
- 3+ years working directly with U.S.-based clients or companies.
- 2+ years working remotely with demonstrated independent ownership.
- Professional-level fluency in written and spoken English.
- Fluent or highly advanced Spanish communication skills.
- Proven experience managing 50+ client interactions or tasks per week.
- Experience tracking issues in a CRM, help desk, or project management tool.
- Ability to write clear, grammatically correct client-facing updates.
- Comfortable recording and presenting video updates.
- Ability to work during core U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client messages quickly via email, phone, text, and portals.
- Own the communication loop for all client issues until they are resolved.
- Coordinate between clients, field leadership, and operations to track task progress.
- Identify recurring service patterns and recommend solutions to leadership.
- Maintain clean CRM and project records for all client requests and property issues.
- Provide proactive updates to clients regarding scheduling and project status.
- Record and share video updates to clarify information for clients and internal teams.
