Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience with independent feature delivery.
- Hands-on experience building backend services in .NET or Python.
- Expertise in federated identity systems: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, and JWT.
- Practical knowledge of authorization frameworks, policy modeling, and enforcement.
- Familiarity with modern API frameworks such as .NET 9+ or FastAPI.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS integration patterns and user identity management.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS (compute, networking, secrets).
- Proficiency with development tools: Git, CI/CD, Docker, and automated testing.
- Active, daily use of AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Codex.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and release features end-to-end for identity and authorization infrastructure.
- Build and maintain integrations with the centralized identity platform, managing tokens and sessions.
- Support product teams with integration processes, debugging, and resolving complex edge cases.
- Develop backend services using Python or .NET with an emphasis on multi-tenant SaaS patterns.
- Instrument services for observability and participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate design, coding, and validation workflows.
- Create and maintain internal documentation, runbooks, and self-service integration tools.
