Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical post-sales role such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Professional Services.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
  • Technical depth in cloud infrastructure, including knowledge of RBAC and Tenant Isolation patterns.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders ranging from platform engineers to executive buyers.
  • Structured, proactive approach to account management and customer success planning.
  • Commercial awareness of renewal and expansion drivers in SaaS or platform businesses.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU compute, or internal developer platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulated industries like financial services or healthcare preferred.
  • Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKAD) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end customer onboardings including architecture workshops and platform installation.
  • Build and maintain customer success plans documenting objectives, KPIs, and milestones.
  • Translate platform adoption into business outcomes and ROI.
  • Manage regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Executive Business Reviews.
  • Assist customers with technical challenges including Tenant Cluster deployment patterns, RBAC, and Tenant Isolation.
  • Own renewal and expansion motions by identifying new use cases and growth opportunities.
