Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, Implementation, or a related technical customer-facing role within a SaaS environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level customers and participating in complex sales cycles.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, single sign-on (SSO), scripting fundamentals (such as Python or JavaScript), and debugging tools.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating directly with customers, product teams, and engineering organizations.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach.
- Experience with learning management system integrations, SQL, or prompt engineering is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams and customers throughout the pre-sales process, including technical discovery, solution design, architecture discussions, and product demonstrations.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions while clearly communicating platform value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support customer onboarding, integrations, security reviews, RFP responses, and technical evaluations to ensure successful implementation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and influence future platform development.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges, assist with debugging, and help resolve customer issues to maintain a strong user experience.
- Build scalable processes and documentation that improve customer enablement and support efficiency.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor by understanding customer goals and helping them achieve measurable business outcomes.
