Job Details

Solid SQL proficiency and comfort navigating large datasets.
Experience leading price or risk policy tests (design, execution, interpretation, and rollout recommendations).
Applied statistics expertise for experimentation (A/B testing, holdouts, significance).
Proven experience with pricing, profitability, unit economics, and payback analysis.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functional areas.
Strong ownership and autonomy to define project success metrics.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data versioning (desired).
Experience with credit models or alternative data like Open Finance (desired).
Experience with incentive/gamification mechanisms in financial or consumer products (desired).

Lead the pricing learning agenda: design elasticity experiments, segment populations, interpret results, and recommend rollouts.
Design payment gamification policies in partnership with Portfolio Management and Product teams, including reward rules, eligibility criteria, and anti-fraud guardrails.
Support risk calibration for new products by adjusting risk appetite and credit policies based on auto-debit adoption.
Monitor adjacent pricing initiatives, including new segmentations that intersect with pricing and profitability.
Execute end-to-end testing: define hypotheses, align with stakeholders (Credit, Data Science, Product, Payments, Collections), specify implementation, and monitor outcomes.
Work with Data Science to prioritize and evaluate models for pricing decisions, defining business objectives and success criteria.
Produce analyses and materials to support pricing and gamification decisions, communicating clearly to both technical and business leadership.
