Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license in good standing (multi-state preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as a licensed insurance agent or in administrative, legal, compliance, or operations roles within an insurance agency.
- Familiarity with state registration processes, compliance filings, and document management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Must be available and engaged during core hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone.
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
- Must have access to reliable high-speed internet.
- Ability to attend bi-annual in-person company meetings.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch support to residents and property management companies regarding insurance programs, including coverage details and claim status.
- Respond to escalated inquiries regarding renters insurance, coverage terms, policy exclusions, and lease compliance.
- Guide users through the claim process, coordinate documentation, and collaborate with adjusters and third-party partners.
- Assist clients in establishing legal business entities and managing filings with state agencies.
- Manage the end-to-end process of obtaining and renewing business and insurance licenses across multiple jurisdictions.
- Maintain compliance calendars, filing logs, and digital records to monitor deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Use Salesforce, Slack, and internal tools to document interactions and improve operational workflows.
