Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience, or Master’s Degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a compliance practitioner or in cybersecurity/GRC SaaS professional services.
- Understanding of at least one GRC framework (e.g., NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC2 Type 2, NIST CSF).
- Deep understanding of SaaS products, deployment processes, and cloud-based technologies.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, highly technical startup environment.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Experience working with US Federal Civilian customers is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python or C# for scripting and API integrations is optional but preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive post-sales onboarding assistance to ensure customers reach full production readiness.
- Lead solution workshops to identify requirements and develop prescriptive strategies.
- Configure and demonstrate the RegScale platform for customers.
- Work with ecosystem partners on integrations, framework digitization, and production deployment.
- Develop and deliver customer training to ensure successful adoption.
- Capture customer requirements for the Product team and pilot new product offerings.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to drive platform utilization and expansion.
- Provide technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs.
