Lead Delivery Specialist

Take ownership of defined projects, workstreams or customer outcomes from planning through successful delivery.
Establish delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, actions, risks and issues.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, technology and delivery.
Identify and remove delivery blockers and drive timely decision-making.
Work with customer stakeholders to understand business needs and desired outcomes.
Facilitate alignment between customer requirements and Fioneer capabilities.
Support customer governance, workshops, steering meetings and executive discussions where required.
Support Engagement Leads and Delivery Leads in shaping delivery approaches, roadmaps and initiatives.
Identify recurring customer challenges and opportunities for repeatable services, accelerators, propositions or product improvements.

Engineering at SAP Fioneer

You will solve complex challenges in core banking and insurance. Our solutions span lending, payments, and financial control platforms. We work with SAP Fioneer Banking solutions, SAP Payment Engine/Payment Central, and SAP S/4HANA. Cloud technologies, including SAP BTP and Microsoft Azure Monitor, are central to our architecture. You will develop with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and ABAP. We build microservices, OData services, and REST APIs, using Git and agile methodologies. We just launched an AI Agent for financial services, pushing innovation forward.
