Requirements
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle close including journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and variance commentary.
- Solid working knowledge of US GAAP.
- Experience in a pre-IPO, IPO-stage, or public company environment.
- Experience building or contributing to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting processes.
- Active or in-progress CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification.
- Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP.
- Familiarity with intercompany accounting, FX translation, and multi-entity consolidation is a bonus.
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Own key components of the monthly close including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Manage inter-company transactions and financial reporting support.
- Help build audit-ready accounting processes as the company scales.
- Collaborate directly with the Controller and broader finance team.
- Support the company's growth toward IPO readiness.
