Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience as a top performer.
- 2+ years of prior sales leadership experience preferred.
- Proven track record scaling AE teams and surpassing revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of sales metrics, funnel optimization, and sales process best practices.
- Experience selling technical, AI, or API solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast, ambiguous, high-growth environment.
- Must be able to operate between GMT-4 and GMT-7 timezones.
Responsibilities
- Set go-to-market strategy, quotas, segmentation, and territory design across U.S. commercial accounts.
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Corporate AEs through recruiting and enablement.
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast, and improve conversion metrics across stages.
- Define sales playbooks, sales motions, objection frameworks, and deal models tailored to voice AI/conversational use cases.
- Partner with marketing, product, growth, and customer success to align messaging and expansion motions.
- Build feedback loops with prospects and clients to inform the product roadmap.
- Lead by example by owning key strategic deals, especially with major logos.
