Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise selling experience in B2B SaaS (Account Management, Account Executive, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of managing GRR and NRR in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
  • Experience building executive relationships with VP and Director-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of business objectives and regulatory environments affecting compensation strategy.
  • Ability to develop and execute account expansion strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as a trusted business advisor.
  • Discipline in managing a book of business, including prospecting and pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

  • Own full client relationships across a book of enterprise accounts.
  • Drive platform adoption and value realization to ensure long-term retention.
  • Execute expansion and renewal strategies to meet quota.
  • Build executive alignment with CHROs, CFOs, and other senior stakeholders across HR, Legal, and Finance.
  • Anticipate client needs regarding pay compliance and strategy to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Orchestrate internal cross-functional teams to advance commercial opportunities.
