Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise selling experience in B2B SaaS (Account Management, Account Executive, or equivalent).
- Proven track record of managing GRR and NRR in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
- Experience building executive relationships with VP and Director-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of business objectives and regulatory environments affecting compensation strategy.
- Ability to develop and execute account expansion strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as a trusted business advisor.
- Discipline in managing a book of business, including prospecting and pipeline generation.
Responsibilities
- Own full client relationships across a book of enterprise accounts.
- Drive platform adoption and value realization to ensure long-term retention.
- Execute expansion and renewal strategies to meet quota.
- Build executive alignment with CHROs, CFOs, and other senior stakeholders across HR, Legal, and Finance.
- Anticipate client needs regarding pay compliance and strategy to act as a trusted advisor.
- Orchestrate internal cross-functional teams to advance commercial opportunities.
