Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise selling experience in B2B SaaS (Account Management or Enterprise Account Executive roles).
- Proven track record of managing GRR (Gross Revenue Retention) and NRR (Net Revenue Retention).
- Demonstrated ability to drive expansion and retention in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
- Experience building executive-level alignment with CHRO and CFO offices.
- Strong understanding of business objectives and the regulatory environment regarding compensation.
- Disciplined approach to pipeline generation, account prospecting, and quota attainment.
- Ability to drive value realization and communicate platform benefits to client teams.
- Effective orchestration of cross-functional internal resources to close opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own the full client relationship across a book of enterprise accounts.
- Drive platform adoption, expansion, and manage the renewal process.
- Provide expert guidance to CHRO and CFO stakeholders on compensation strategy and compliance.
- Build and maintain alignment with VP and Director-level stakeholders across HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Finance.
- Orchestrate internal resources to advance opportunities and build partnerships.
- Develop and execute expansion strategies within accounts to drive multi-product growth.
